Plans & Neural Credits

Compare the Ascent, Nexus, Hyperion, and Omnis plans, understand what each action costs in Neural Credits, and learn how the trial works.

Eyeleven pricing has two dimensions: your plan, which sets how many OmniForces, channels, and team members your workspace includes, and Neural Credits, the usage currency every AI action consumes. Choose monthly billing or arrange yearly billing with sales. Yearly public plans save 11% compared with twelve monthly payments.

The table shows monthly USD prices. Public yearly totals are Ascent $2,659.32, Nexus $6,931.32 and Hyperion $14,407.32, billed for the year; monthly equivalents are $221.61, $577.61 and $1,200.61. Arrange yearly billing through [email protected]; self-service checkout currently offers monthly billing. Launch prices may increase soon. Your price and terms are confirmed before payment. Partner offers require eligibility; selecting a price view does not apply a discount. Taxes, applicable withholding and provider fees are separate. See current pricing for the complete comparison and confirmed checkout terms.

Nexus and Hyperion additionally include the full workflow builder and webhook integrations; API access starts at Hyperion; white-label is exclusive to Omnis. Omnis has no self-serve checkout — contact sales.

Neural Credit costs

Every AI action deducts credits from your monthly allocation:

Action Credits
AI message 1
Outbound sequence 3
Workflow run 5
Neural Browser task 5
Knowledge Base generation 10
Voice minute 50

Skill runs are priced individually — and are not being charged yet. Each of the twenty skills an OmniForce can hold carries its own price per run, from 1 credit (Answer from Knowledge, Browse Catalogue) to 10 (Charge Customer). Skill execution has not shipped, so no skill has ever been charged: granting one is free, and so is every Heartbeat beat. Once execution ships, the price is charged every time the skill runs, and a run refused by the audit, risk, plan, or credit checks is never charged. Skill Hub lists the full catalogue with every price and minimum plan.

Your balance and cycle usage are always visible in the Billing app, which also lists these costs under "Neural Credit Costs". When you have used about 80% of your cycle allocation, the Billing app flags your usage as high so you are never surprised.

The free trial

The trial is available on Ascent only:

  • 7 days, with 1,500 Neural Credits and 300 seconds of voice to test with.
  • A payment method is required to start the trial.
  • Eyeleven emails you a reminder 3 days and 1 day before the trial ends.

Nexus and Hyperion have no trial; instead they carry a 7-day money-back guarantee after purchase.

Add-ons

If you need more capacity without changing plans:

Add-on Price Adds
Extra OmniForce $99/mo +1 OmniForce seat
Extra Channel $39/mo +1 channel
Neural Credit Pack $49 +25,000 credits
KB Doc Pack $19/mo +100 Knowledge Base documents

(On Hyperion, an extra OmniForce seat is $149/month.)

Upgrading

Open the Billing app (Eyeleven menu → Billing), go to "Manage Plan", and select the plan you want under "Change plan". Payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments; see Billing for subscription management, invoices, and cancellation.

Common questions

  • What happens if I run out of credits? Included Neural Credits refresh monthly without rollover. When Wallet-funded usage is enabled and separately purchased Wallet balance is available, it can fund usage beyond the included pool. Otherwise, wait for the reset or review your plan in Billing.
  • Do credits roll over? Your plan allocation resets each billing cycle — the Billing app shows the reset date under "Resets".
  • Which plan should I start with? Most single-channel businesses start on Ascent with the 7-day trial and upgrade to Nexus when they add channels or OmniForces.
