Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern access to and use of Eyeleven, an AI Workforce OS operated by P9 AA. By accessing the platform, creating an account, using an AI employee, or connecting a business channel, you agree to these Terms.
If you use Eyeleven on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
Platform Services
Eyeleven provides AI workforce software for business communication, lead handling, workflow automation, appointment booking, follow-ups, analytics, memory, and related operating system features.
Certain capabilities may depend on third-party services such as WhatsApp, Vapi, CRM systems, calendars, payment processors, cloud providers, and AI model providers.
Accounts and Access Authority
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, assigning appropriate access levels, and supervising users who access the platform.
Role-based access levels, including owner, administrator, management, staff, and client access, are intended to limit functionality based on operational authority.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use Eyeleven for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
- Do not upload content that infringes rights, violates privacy obligations, or contains malicious code.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, identity checks, or access restrictions.
- Do not use AI outputs as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical advice without qualified review.
AI Output and Human Supervision
Eyeleven uses AI to generate responses, automate workflows, summarize communications, and recommend or execute actions based on configuration. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed where appropriate.
Customers are responsible for configuring policies, reviewing sensitive workflows, approving high-risk actions, and ensuring AI employees operate within business and legal requirements.
Customer Data
Customers retain ownership of their submitted business data. By using the platform, customers authorize Eyeleven to process customer data as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the services.
Customer data may include contact information, message history, documents, prompts, workflow records, call metadata, transcripts, and operational analytics.
Billing and Subscriptions
Paid plans, usage limits, add-ons, implementation work, and enterprise deployments may be subject to separate order forms, invoices, or subscription terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Third-Party Services
Integrations and communication channels are provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms, service availability, rate limits, data practices, and technical requirements.
Eyeleven is not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, data processing terms, or rejected messages outside its direct control.
Disclaimers and Liability
The platform is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eyeleven disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eyeleven is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.
