Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not do with Eyeleven OS — covering unlawful and harmful activity, messaging and opt-in compliance, AI-specific misuse, and how we enforce this Policy.

Overview and scope

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to every user of the Service, to everything you submit to it, and to everything your Omni Forces do on your instruction.

You are responsible for your users' compliance with this Policy. Because agents act at scale, misuse can cause harm quickly — which is why we enforce this Policy actively rather than reactively.

Prohibited activity

  • Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
  • Infringing intellectual property or misappropriating trade secrets
  • Uploading malware, or content designed to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any system
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that incites violence or self-harm
  • Any content that sexualises a minor — we report this to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and to other relevant authorities
  • Fraud, phishing, impersonation, deceptive financial promotion, or pyramid and Ponzi schemes
  • Unlawful collection or resale of personal data, including scraping in breach of a platform's terms
  • Submitting special category or highly sensitive data — including health, biometric, government identifier, or full payment card data — unless expressly agreed in writing

Messaging and opt-in compliance

Messaging is the area where misuse is most likely to cause real harm and platform-level consequences. You must comply with the rules of every channel you connect and with applicable communications law, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and the GDPR's rules on direct marketing.

  • Obtain a valid, documented opt-in before messaging a contact, and retain proof of it
  • Honour opt-out, STOP, and unsubscribe requests promptly and permanently
  • Do not send unsolicited bulk messages or purchase contact lists
  • Comply with the connected platform's template approval, messaging window, and commerce policies
  • Identify your business clearly and do not disguise the commercial nature of a message
  • Respect quiet hours and frequency limits where law or platform policy imposes them
  • Do not use the Service to circumvent a platform ban, rate limit, or enforcement action

AI-specific restrictions

  • Do not present agent output as coming from a natural person in a way intended to deceive, or deny that a contact is speaking with an automated system when asked
  • Do not configure agents to give regulated legal, medical, or financial advice without qualified human review
  • Do not use the Service to generate disinformation, synthetic media intended to deceive, or content impersonating a real individual or organisation
  • Do not attempt to extract system prompts, model weights, or another tenant's data through prompt injection or similar techniques
  • Do not remove or bypass approval controls in high-risk workflows where law requires human involvement
  • Do not use the Service to make automated decisions with legal effect on individuals without human review

Security and integrity violations

  • Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service except under our coordinated disclosure process
  • Circumventing authentication, authorisation, rate limits, or quotas
  • Interfering with service to any user, including denial-of-service activity
  • Accessing data you are not authorised to access, or attempting to reach another tenant's data
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works from the Service
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or providing the Service to a third party except as expressly permitted

Enforcement

Where we identify a violation, our response is proportionate to the severity and the risk of ongoing harm. Ordinarily we will contact you and give a reasonable opportunity to remediate.

Where a violation is severe, unlawful, or presents an immediate risk to individuals, other customers, or the integrity of the Service, we may suspend affected functionality or the account immediately and without prior notice. We will explain the basis for the action and what is required to restore access.

Serious or repeated violations may result in termination for material breach under the Terms of Service, without refund of fees for the terminated period. We may preserve and disclose material where required by law or to protect individuals from harm.

Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse of the Service to [email protected], and suspected security vulnerabilities to [email protected]. Include enough detail to identify the activity. We investigate every credible report and will not retaliate against good-faith reporters.
