Overview
Eyeleven provides users and customers with a process to request deletion of personal data associated with their account, workspace, or communication history where deletion is technically feasible and legally permitted.
How to Request Deletion
Send a deletion request to privacy@eyeleven.com from the email address associated with your account or workspace. Include your account email, company name, workspace identifier if available, and a short description of what you want deleted.
Identity Verification
We may request additional information to verify identity, account ownership, or authority to act on behalf of a company before processing a deletion request.
Processing Time
- Most verified requests are processed within 7 to 30 days.
- Complex workspace, integration, backup, or legal retention cases may require additional time.
- We will confirm completion or explain why a request cannot be fulfilled in full.
What May Be Deleted
- Account profile data and personal contact information.
- Stored communications, transcripts, prompts, responses, and conversation records where applicable.
- Workspace data connected to your account where you have authority to request deletion.
- AI interaction and operational data associated with the verified request.
Retention Exceptions
Some data may be retained where required or permitted for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, financial records, backup integrity, or enforcement of agreements.
Connected Third-Party Services
If customer data was sent to or stored by connected third-party services, such as WhatsApp, CRM, calendar, voice, or payment providers, deletion from those systems may need to be requested through the relevant provider or customer administrator.
