Operator and purpose
Eyeleven Inc. (brand Eyeleven), Delaware, United States, operates this first-party account verification SMS program for its own Eyeleven OS account holders.
When enabled, SMS messages are limited to one-time account sign-in, security verification, multifactor authentication, and account recovery codes. This program is not for marketing messages, offers, or messages sent on behalf of unrelated businesses.
Optional SMS opt-in
If SMS verification becomes available, you can enter a mobile number you control and affirmatively check a separate, initially unchecked SMS consent box when requesting account verification. Entering a phone number, accepting our general Terms, or creating an account does not automatically mean you consent to verification text messages.
SMS verification is optional and not a condition of purchase. You may decline SMS while continuing to use an available alternative account verification method, such as email.
Message frequency and charges
Messages are sent only following an account verification request or security event. Message frequency varies based on your requests and security activity. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless carrier plan. Eyeleven does not charge a separate SMS subscription fee.
STOP, HELP and account support
If the SMS service is activated, reply STOP to opt out of verification SMS messages or HELP to request assistance. Other standard opt-out keywords will also be honored when supported by the active messaging service. After an opt-out, further verification SMS must be suppressed until a new affirmative opt-in.

Mobile privacy and consent information
Eyeleven does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process only the information needed to provide, secure, and support the requested verification messages, subject to applicable safeguards.
This SMS policy supplements the Eyeleven Privacy Policy and general Terms of Service. It does not itself enroll your phone number or authorize SMS messages.
